Having a daily skin care regimen is extremely important to having healthy skin. My skin isn’t always the best, because I have a lot of hormonal acne, but I try to give my skin its best chance to glow. Below is the morning and evening skin care routine that I am currently using. Healthy Skin Habits:

  • Drink Water
  • Take Vitamins
  • Use Lip Balm
  • Get at least 8 hours of sleep
  • Avoid hot showers
  • Change your pillow case often
  • Disinfect your cell phone regularly
  • Clean your makeup brushes regularly
